Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Petculescu in the 5th minute of play forced Titans Hill FC's goalkeeper Valeriu Vătafu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Titans Hill FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Eusebiu Oprea hit a great ball. When Panaitoaia's Valentin Petculescu in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Titans Hill FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 7 minutes, Valentin Petculescu made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Titans Hill FC's Valeriu Vătafu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Titans Hill FC's Nicolae Homescu got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Panaitoaia's goalkeeper Nichifor Cerchez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Titans Hill FC's Laurențiu Caranfil slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nichifor Cerchez. That made the score 1-1 after 26 minutes of play. Valeriu Vătafu came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Panaitoaia's Valentin Petculescu. But to his dismay, Valentin Petculescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Felix Jurcuț's late challenge caught a Panaitoaia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Jurcuț helped the player get up and apologised. Cornel Nedelcea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laurențiu Caranfil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nichifor Cerchez having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentin Petculescu made a kick off. Valentin Petculescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Valeriu Vătafu made a huge save. In the 54th match minute, Panaitoaia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basarab Huștiu to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolae Homescu in the 57th minute of play forced Panaitoaia's goalkeeper Nichifor Cerchez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Titans Hill FC booed when Panaitoaia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calistrat Chitoran didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Laurențiu Caranfil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nichifor Cerchez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolae Homescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nichifor Cerchez came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Titans Hill FC's Nicolae Homescu. But to his dismay, Nicolae Homescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. When Nicolae Homescu fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Titans Hill FC's protests and gave Nicolae Homescu a yellow card for diving instead. Nicolae Homescu hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Valeriu Vătafu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Săliştean in the 77th minute of play. With 78 minutes on the clock, Olimpiu Arnăuțescu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 79th match minute, Titans Hill FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olimpiu Arnăuțescu to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Cazimir Berceanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panaitoaia's supporters rose to their feet, but Cazimir Berceanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valeriu Vătafu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valeriu Vătafu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Basarab Huștiu in the 84th minute. If Cornel Nedelcea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
