The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Horea Poplăcan charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horea Poplăcan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Horea Poplăcan hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Romeo Pascariu hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of Sant-PN:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BlackKnights:s goal. Eduard Crăcană had in the 8thth minute some difficulties stopping Albert Spelbu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Sant-PN's Eduard Crăcană played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Spelbu in the 13th minute of play. Manole Vulturar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Stolojan in the 16th minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Sant-PN's Gigel Muntean nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manole Vulturar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Robert Bocu came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Sant-PN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Bocu couldn't finish the play. Mihnea Apostolescu hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, BlackKnights's goal looked a bit too open when Flavius Lechințan came free, but Manole Vulturar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Robert Bocu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sant-PN's Eduard Crăcană played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Spelbu in the 42nd minute of play. In the 47th minute, Victor Sbârcea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Albert Spelbu to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gigel Muntean got free with Manole Vulturar in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romeo Pascariu kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Manole Vulturar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Eduard Crăcană took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Spelbu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes in the game, Gigel Muntean fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Manole Vulturar having to interfere. In the 67thth minute of the game Horea Poplăcan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sant-PN's Eduard Crăcană was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gigel Muntean got free with Manole Vulturar in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gigel Muntean who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Manole Vulturar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gigel Munteans short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Manole Vulturar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 74th minute, Sant-PN's Gigel Muntean dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Manole Vulturar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ioan Pavelescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 82 minute of play. Gigel Muntean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Manole Vulturar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ioan Pavelescu struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Manole Vulturar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sant-PN. BlackKnights's Manole Vulturar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remus Stolojan in the 89th minute of play. Remus Stolojan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Manole Vulturar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, BlackKnights's Manole Vulturar got control of the ball when Gigel Muntean tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, BlackKnights's Aurelian Domnescu got a free kick in the 95th minute. Sant-PN's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
