Maxim Bornescu struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Radu Ciordaș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC National. Petru Hudiță hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. George Stejaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Albu, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. FC National's George Stejaru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save FC National from getting a goal against them. If Aurel Martinescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aron Condescu took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised George Stejaru. George Stejaru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aron Condescu in the 31st minute of play forced FC National's goalkeeper George Stejaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodor Braia took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised George Stejaru. George Stejaru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. With an all-out effort, Wolves Academy's George Stejaru threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aron Condescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. George Stejaru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodor Braia in the 39th minute. Aron Condescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Stejaru having to interfere. Ernest Albu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but George Stejaru made a huge save. FC National's George Stejaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aron Condescu in the 46th minute of play. In the 48th minute Aron Condescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Stejaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maxim Bornescu to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Wolves Academy got a freekick which was hit by Augustin Udup. In the 57th minute, Aron Condescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Stejaru was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 62nd minute Maxim Bornescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radu Ciordaș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernest Albu in the 63rd minute of play forced FC National's goalkeeper George Stejaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Stejaru came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Wolves Academy's Ernest Albu. But to his dismay, Ernest Albu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. George Stejaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aron Condescu in the 73rd minute of play. Teodor Braia kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. George Stejaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernest Albu in the 77th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Ernest Albu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of George Stejaru. FC National's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernest Albu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 84th minute, Teodor Braia made a precise shot to the right of George Stejaru. FC National's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. After some careless play in the FC National defense, Aron Condescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of George Stejaru. The FC National fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that George Stejaru should have stopped the shot. In the 96th minute Teodor Braia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Stejaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wolves Academy's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
