Spectators: 7652 (Terracing: 5741, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mihai Voinea started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihai Voinea in the 4th minute of play forced Parnesti's goalkeeper Ioan Rioşanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Parnesti's Șerban Velicu got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 16 played minutes Delta Tulcea got a freekick which was hit by Aristide Alexiu. Parnesti's Ioan Rioşanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihai Voinea in the 18th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mihai Voinea got free with Ioan Rioşanu in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes into the game, Mihai Voinea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ioan Rioşanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ioan Rioşanu was a little too slow when Corneliu Nae got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 3-0. With a little luck, Parnesti's Ioan Rioşanu got control of the ball when Mugurel Stănculescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute, Mihai Voinea made a precise shot to the right of Ioan Rioşanu. Parnesti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Parnesti's Valeriu Jecu got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Șerban Velicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Feroiu having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Mihai Voinea made a precise shot to the right of Ioan Rioşanu. Parnesti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Șerban Velicu was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Mihai Voinea notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Parnesti's Ioan Rioşanu. Ioan Rioşanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sever Neculuță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Mihai Voinea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Corneliu Nae notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Parnesti's Ioan Rioşanu. Ioan Rioşanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 75 minutes into the game, Mihai Voinea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Ioan Rioşanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Șerban Velicu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Paul Feroiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Parnesti defense, Mihai Voinea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ioan Rioşanu. The Parnesti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ioan Rioşanu should have stopped the shot. Petrică Ailenei took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ioan Rioşanu. Ioan Rioşanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. Ioan Rioşanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihai Voinea in the 90th minute of the match. Ioan Rioşanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihai Voinea in the 97th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Parnesti players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Delta Tulcea.
