After some careless play in the AFC Ivanda defense, Stelian Balint kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ionuț Bulencea. Ionuț Bulencea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stelian Balint, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. A collision led to AFC Ivanda getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ionică Dobrotă hit a great ball. Nicolae Brumaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ionuț Bulencea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manole Ghiță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stelian Balint in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ionuț Bulencea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40th minute, Ion Musceleanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Manole Ghiță made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Alexandru Creteanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionuț Bulencea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ilie Tăutu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Rizescu having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Ilie Tăutu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferdinand Rizescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Ionuț Bulencea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stelian Balint in the 66th minute of play. Stelian Balint's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Ionuț Bulencea skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 71 minutes into the match, AFC Ivanda's goalkeeper Ionuț Bulencea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stelian Balint. Stelian Balint who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Ionuț Bulencea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Ivanda's zone, Nicolae Brumaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ionuț Bulencea came out of the goal and Nicolae Brumaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Manole Ghiță managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC Ivanda's supporters rose to their feet, but Manole Ghiță was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferdinand Rizescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ionuț Bulencea made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Stelian Balint sent off a good shot on target. Stelian Balint sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Nicolae Brumaru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bratieni's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolae Brumaru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ionuț Bulencea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 94 minutes, Stelian Balint managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bratieni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stelian Balint was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
