After 18 played minutes Balacia got a freekick which was hit by Cristinel Podgoreanu. Ion Crivoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Felix Agachi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ion Crivoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Agachi having to interfere. The Balacia fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Balacia's Francisc Joja looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 31 minutes, Andrei Caranfil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Stiinta Corabia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrei Caranfil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, FC Stiinta Corabia's goal looked a bit too open when Francisc Joja came free, but Felix Agachi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute, Francisc Joja made a precise shot to the right of Felix Agachi. FC Stiinta Corabia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 63rd match minute, Balacia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Banica to maneuver through the defense. Ülo Lehemets took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marin Tărbac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrei Caranfil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ülo Lehemets having to interfere. If Francisc Joja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Balacia fans' excitement grew in the 97th match minute when Balacia's Francisc Joja looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match was over Balacia could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Stiinta Corabia throughout the match.
