Martin Dragota started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the FC Stiinta Corabia defense, Martin Dragota kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Agachi. The FC Stiinta Corabia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Agachi should have stopped the shot. In the 7th minute Gigel Paveliuc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Agachi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC Stiinta Corabia's zone, Martin Dragota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Agachi came out of the goal and Martin Dragota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gigel Paveliuc scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felix Agachi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, ⚽RAE⚽'s Toader Cojan got a free kick in the 18th minute. Martin Dragota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Felix Agachi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Dragota in the 23rd minute of play forced FC Stiinta Corabia's goalkeeper Felix Agachi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ⚽RAE⚽ were furious when Maxim Șerbulea was red carded, 30 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ⚽RAE⚽! The referee gave FC Stiinta Corabia a penalty, 32 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Adrian Savin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ⚽RAE⚽'s Sergiu Anghel. 1-2. Felix Agachi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horaţiu Bălan went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. If Martin Dragota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in ⚽RAE⚽ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 47th minute. Penalty! The score was 2-3 after a penalty in the 49th minute, where FC Stiinta Corabia:s Adrian Savin tricked ⚽RAE⚽:s Sergiu Anghel with a difficult ball by the left post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrei Caranfil was the one to do the kick off. Marin Tărbac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergiu Anghel having to interfere. After some careless play in the ⚽RAE⚽ defense, Andrei Caranfil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sergiu Anghel. The ⚽RAE⚽ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sergiu Anghel should have stopped the shot. Viorel Petriceanu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 76th minute. ⚽RAE⚽'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Marin Tărbac hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. If Martin Dragota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Martin Dragota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Viorel Petriceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. ⚽RAE⚽ were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
