Maxim Lechințan struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Ionuț Bulencea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal. In the 19th minute Panait Petrin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionuț Bulencea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Panait Petrin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ionuț Bulencea was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind AFC Ivanda's goalkeeper Ionuț Bulencea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Lechințan in the 31st minute of play forced AFC Ivanda's goalkeeper Ionuț Bulencea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arsenal's Dacian Măguran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manole Ghiță in the 33rd minute of play. Dacian Măguran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manole Ghiță in the 35th minute of the match. Ionuț Bulencea was a little too slow when Maxim Lechințan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 41st minute, Sever Muslea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ionuț Bulencea was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After some careless play in the Arsenal defense, Ionică Dobrotă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dacian Măguran. The Arsenal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dacian Măguran should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manole Ghiță made a kick off. Ionuț Bulencea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxim Lechințan in the 53rd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, AFC Ivanda's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Blajovici came free, but Ionuț Bulencea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Lechințan in the 55th minute of play forced AFC Ivanda's goalkeeper Ionuț Bulencea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dacian Măguran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ilie Tăutu in the 71st minute. In the 72ndth minute of the game Maxim Lechințan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC Ivanda's Ionuț Bulencea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
