Tiberiu Tudose came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Moshu Sibiu's Leonard Aelenei. But to his dismay, Leonard Aelenei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Leonard Aelenei had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiberiu Tudose. Bulgaru AS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonard Aelenei was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The supporters of Bulgaru AS booed when FC Moshu Sibiu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mădălin Ducu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute, Leonard Aelenei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tiberiu Tudose came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Moshu Sibiu's Leonard Aelenei. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mădălin Ducu in the 33rd minute of play forced Bulgaru AS's goalkeeper Tiberiu Tudose to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonard Aelenei took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiberiu Tudose. Tiberiu Tudose dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Tiberiu Tudose made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mădălin Ducu in the 40th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Leonard Aelenei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiberiu Tudose was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leontin Zubaşcu was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Bulgaru AS's goal looked a bit too open when Mădălin Ducu came free, but Tiberiu Tudose reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, FC Moshu Sibiu's Mădălin Ducu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tiberiu Tudose. Tiberiu Tudose yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Tiberiu Tudose made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mădălin Ducu in the 64th minute of play. Bulgaru AS were furious when Ioan Bădoi was red carded, 68 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of FC Moshu Sibiu booed when Bulgaru AS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ioan Bădoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferdinand Mardare's late challenge caught a Bulgaru AS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferdinand Mardare helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Moshu Sibiu getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Ferdinand Mardare hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Leonard Aelenei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Moshu Sibiu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Tiberiu Tudose was a little too slow when Mădălin Ducu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-11. When the final whistle sounded FC Moshu Sibiu left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bulgaru AS.
