In the 12th minute Marin Oproiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Chițan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sabin Dinescu during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Adam Chițan was a little too slow when Iván Győrfi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 2-0. 23 minutes into the match, Iván Győrfi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adam Chițan. Stroestii's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iván Győrfi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Stroestii's Adam Chițan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marin Oproiu in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Horaţiu Hogaș dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adam Chițan, 4-0. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Adam Chițan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 31stth minute of the game Iván Győrfi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stroestii's Adam Chițan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adam Chițan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horaţiu Hogaș in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Cavalerii Viola's Marin Oproiu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cornel Zdrelea to strike the kick off in the second half. Ahmet İlke Develi charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet İlke Develi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. But to his dismay, Marin Oproiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. 74 minutes into the match, Stroestii's goal looked a bit too open when Iván Győrfi came free, but Adam Chițan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adam Chițan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iván Győrfi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Iván Győrfi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cavalerii Viola fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. 92 minutes into the match, Stroestii's goal looked a bit too open when Marin Oproiu came free, but Adam Chițan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Cavalerii Viola had played much better football throughout.
