Spectators: 7686 (Terracing: 5765, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) FC Cosula-BTF-'s Filip Hosu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Costică Tănăsie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dacian Jurăscu in the 6th minute of the match. After 11 minutes, Mihăiţă Merișor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FCM Bacau and the FC Cosula-BTF- players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FCM Bacau's Mihăiţă Merișor got a free kick in the 11th minute. Filip Hosu scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Costică Tănăsie, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Remus Bărbulescu hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. FCM Bacau's Costică Tănăsie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Hosu in the 20th minute of play. When FC Cosula-BTF-'s Filip Hosu in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FCM Bacau's goalie prevented a goal. After 27 minutes, Dacian Jurăscu made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. FCM Bacau's Costică Tănăsie tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Costică Tănăsie came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Cosula-BTF-'s Filip Hosu. But to his dismay, Filip Hosu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. When FC Cosula-BTF-'s Dacian Jurăscu in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FCM Bacau's goalie prevented a goal. If Dacian Jurăscu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FCM Bacau's Costică Tănăsie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dacian Jurăscu in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cazimir Berceanu to make the kick off. Costică Tănăsie was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Filip Hosu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Filip Hosu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Costică Tănăsie was a little too slow when Dacian Jurăscu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dacian Jurăscu got free with Costică Tănăsie in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Remus Bărbulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Costică Tănăsie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Hosu in the 66th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Remus Bărbulescu in the 67th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Cosula-BTF-'s Emilian Bădila. Dacian Jurăscu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-8 in the 69th playminute. In the 72nd minute, Dacian Jurăscu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Costică Tănăsie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dacian Jurăscu, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Costică Tănăsie made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Dacian Jurăscu sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Dacian Jurăscu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. 90 minutes into the game, Dacian Jurăscu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Costică Tănăsie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The FCM Bacau fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Cosula-BTF- were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
