Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iustinian Vorniceanu started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Adrian Bobeanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurel Chiriac was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 10th minute of the match, Iustinian Vorniceanu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eusebiu Cozorici saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Aurel Chiriac came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Vama Veche ™'s Adrian Bobeanu. But to his dismay, Adrian Bobeanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Adrian Bobeanu took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aurel Chiriac. Aurel Chiriac dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 28th minute, Adrian Bobeanu made a precise shot to the right of Aurel Chiriac. Chiughiu CS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Adrian Bobeanu scored 0-5 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurel Chiriac, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aurel Chiriac showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avram Tuleiu in the 33rd minute of the match. If Iustinian Vorniceanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Chiughiu CS defense, Adrian Bobeanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurel Chiriac. The Chiughiu CS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurel Chiriac should have stopped the shot. Aurel Chiriac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Bobeanu in the 41st minute of play. Vama Veche ™'s Eusebiu Cozorici proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Vama Veche ™ from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Adrian Bobeanu made the kick off in the second half. Eusebiu Cozorici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustinian Vorniceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute Adrian Bobeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurel Chiriac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebiu Cozorici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustinian Vorniceanu in the 61st minute of play. After having played for 64 minutes, Adrian Bobeanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vama Veche ™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Bobeanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cornel Siclovan kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Iustinian Vorniceanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eusebiu Cozorici was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. In the 70th minute of the match Pompiliu Donecea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eusebiu Cozorici showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Adrian Bobeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Aurel Chiriac tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chiughiu CS's Aurel Chiriac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Bobeanu in the 75th minute of play. After 78 minutes of play, Vama Veche ™'s Adrian Bobeanu made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurel Chiriac was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eusebiu Cozorici came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Chiughiu CS's Eric Antipa. But to his dismay, Eric Antipa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. Adrian Bobeanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Adrian Bobeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 minutes, Cornel Siclovan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vama Veche ™ and the Chiughiu CS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th minute, one of Vama Veche ™:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vama Veche ™. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vama Veche ™ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
