The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marius Papadima's late challenge caught a Madridus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marius Papadima helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes MANCHESTER CITY got a freekick which was hit by Marius Papadima. Dacian Răduța scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcel Uncheşelu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dacian Răduța fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Uncheşelu having to interfere. In the 14th minute Ilie Mihele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobromir Golec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dacian Răduța succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 15th playminute. In the 21st minute, MANCHESTER CITY's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dacian Răduța fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 23rd match minute, Madridus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dacian Răduța to maneuver through the defense. If Dacian Răduța had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dobromir Golec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilie Mihele in the 40th minute of the match. Dacian Răduța struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Marcel Uncheşelu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Madridus. Marcel Uncheşelu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dacian Răduța took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcel Uncheşelu. Marcel Uncheşelu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Dacian Răduța sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valer Crăciun during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Valer Crăciun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Dobromir Golec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute Călin Amarandei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobromir Golec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Madridus players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
