MARITIME CLUB 2010's Dinu Niculescu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Horia Dinescu kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Dinu Niculescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nae Ruşdea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grigore Stolojan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihnea Donecea, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Grigore Stolojan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex Mestecăneanu in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Alex Mestecăneanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Grigore Stolojan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot 35 in the game by Alex Mestecăneanu from a close distance when the talented Grigore Stolojan managed to make a qualified save. Renașterea Drumul Taberei's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Mestecăneanu in the 40th minute of play forced Renașterea Drumul Taberei's goalkeeper Grigore Stolojan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Alex Mestecăneanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Mestecăneanu came free with the goalkeeper in the 45th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Grigore Stolojan could save by the left post. Grigore Stolojan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihnea Donecea, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The Renașterea Drumul Taberei fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Grigore Stolojan should have stopped the shot. Liviu Pelin kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Grigore Stolojan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Codruț Bădiliță in the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Alex Mestecăneanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Stolojan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renașterea Drumul Taberei's Grigore Stolojan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihnea Donecea in the 80th minute of play. Grigore Stolojan came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by MARITIME CLUB 2010's Codruț Bădiliță. But to his dismay, Codruț Bădiliță quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. MARITIME CLUB 2010's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
