The tension between the Carloman and the Renașterea Drumul Taberei players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes Carloman got a freekick which was hit by Ionel Stolojan. Martin Tirulescu had several of the Carloman's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 4 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Tiberiu Zamfirescu as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 16th minute Panait Cojocaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Stolojan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Tirulescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiberiu Zamfirescu having to make a save. 18 minutes into the match, Renașterea Drumul Taberei's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Macrea came free, but Grigore Stolojan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Sabin Astafiei had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Grigore Stolojan. Renașterea Drumul Taberei's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sabin Astafiei was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Renașterea Drumul Taberei's Grigore Stolojan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panait Cojocaru in the 24th minute of play. Carloman's Tiberiu Zamfirescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Carloman from getting a goal against them. Grigore Stolojan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabin Astafiei, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Horea Dobrotă had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiberiu Zamfirescu. Carloman's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Horea Dobrotă was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Tiberiu Zamfirescu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Liviu Pelin. The audience was convinced that Martin Tirulescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiberiu Zamfirescu was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Astafiei in the 43rd minute of play forced Renașterea Drumul Taberei's goalkeeper Grigore Stolojan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Renașterea Drumul Taberei's Horea Dobrotă dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Panait Cojocaru made a kick off. Petru Pacuraru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiberiu Zamfirescu having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Nae Ruşdea made a precise shot to the right of Tiberiu Zamfirescu. Carloman's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Tiberiu Zamfirescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petru Pacuraru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grigore Stolojan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Paul Craia showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 63 minute of play. Petru Pacuraru struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Tiberiu Zamfirescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Renașterea Drumul Taberei. Horea Dobrotă hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Renașterea Drumul Taberei's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Tirulescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiberiu Zamfirescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Renașterea Drumul Taberei's Horea Dobrotă got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Eusebiu Panduru fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carloman's protests and gave Eusebiu Panduru a yellow card for diving instead. If Martin Tirulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Tirulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute, Nae Ruşdea made a precise shot to the right of Tiberiu Zamfirescu. Carloman's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Renașterea Drumul Taberei fully deserved thier win.
