Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vlad Şimoc got the match started through his kick off. Sebastian Bîlbă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Galaţi AS's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Bîlbă came free, but Codrin Tănăsocă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 6 played minutes Galaţi AS got a freekick which was hit by Mugur Bulzan. After 10 minutes of play, FC Alinborger's Angel Veronica made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Codrin Tănăsocă was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sebastian Bîlbă might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Codrin Tănăsocă. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Bîlbă ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastian Bîlbă's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Codrin Tănăsocă read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to FC Alinborger getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Eduard Bucurescu hit a great ball. The supporters of Galaţi AS booed when FC Alinborger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doru Teodoroiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute, Sebastian Bîlbă made a precise shot to the right of Codrin Tănăsocă. Galaţi AS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. FC Alinborger's Tadeu Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Agrigoroaiei in the 37th minute of play. Codrin Tănăsocă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Bîlbă in the 47th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angel Veronica in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Codrin Tănăsocă prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angel Veronica to strike the kick off in the second half. Tadeu Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucrețiu Agrigoroaiei in the 57th minute of play. Codrin Tănăsocă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Veronica in the 58th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Angel Veronica's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Codrin Tănăsocă was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Angel Veronica took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Codrin Tănăsocă to make any attempt to save it. 70 minutes into the match, Galaţi AS's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Veronica came free, but Codrin Tănăsocă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sebastian Bîlbă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vlad Şimoc in the 75th minute of play forced FC Alinborger's goalkeeper Tadeu Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 played minutes Galaţi AS got a freekick which was hit by Nichifor Pipirig. Angel Veronica's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Codrin Tănăsocă skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 82 minutes, Angel Veronica made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Galaţi AS's Codrin Tănăsocă tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Bîlbă got free with Codrin Tănăsocă in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Angel Veronica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Codrin Tănăsocă having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, FC Alinborger's goal looked a bit too open when Lucrețiu Agrigoroaiei came free, but Tadeu Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Codrin Tănăsocă stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angel Veronica's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The supporters of FC Alinborger booed when Galaţi AS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mădălin Tilea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Codrin Tănăsocă was a little too slow when Angel Veronica got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 98th minute. The score was now 0-7. The Galaţi AS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Alinborger were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
