Ernest Arnăuțescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Constantin Mîțu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of My Barber FC's Marin Poenaru. Marin Poenaru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 35 played minutes My Barber FC got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Buricea. Ripensia Timişoara's Alex Blănaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Răuțu in the 42nd minute of play. George Durbacă struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Alex Blănaru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for My Barber FC. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
