Olimpiu Cristache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute, Mircea Lupu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Botean's Grigore Coșereanu got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th match minute, Botean was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olimpiu Cristache to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Grigore Coșereanu made the kick off in the second half. Botean's Ovidiu Elian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Răuțu in the 53rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Grigore Coșereanu during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th match minute, Botean was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grigore Coșereanu to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Botean's goalkeeper Ovidiu Elian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by George Durbacă. The Botean supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching My Barber FC's performance. The match ended with a win for My Barber FC.
