Ripensia Timişoara's Alex Blănaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Alexandrescu in the 6th minute of play. Răzvan Abrudan's late challenge caught a FRITZ TEAM -STIINTA-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Răzvan Abrudan helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliodor Burtescu in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alex Blănaru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute, Luca Alexandrescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alex Blănaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliodor Burtescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th match minute, FRITZ TEAM -STIINTA- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Borys Andrychowski to maneuver through the defense. F.C. Ripensia Timişoara's Ernest Arnăuțescu got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alex Blănaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliodor Burtescu in the 37th minute of play. After 38 played minutes F.C. Ripensia Timişoara got a freekick which was hit by Iustin Chevereșan. Alex Blănaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliodor Burtescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Dorian Costin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FRITZ TEAM -STIINTA- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Albert Bârsan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Blănaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Alexandrescu in the 49th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luca Alexandrescu was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Eliodor Burtescu sped through F.C. Ripensia Timişoara's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alex Blănaru. In the 56th match minute, F.C. Ripensia Timişoara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Stoica to maneuver through the defense. Constantin Dorian took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alex Blănaru. F.C. Ripensia Timişoara's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. F.C. If Dorian Costin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 64 minutes into the match, FRITZ TEAM -STIINTA-'s Cornel Daimacă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alex Blănaru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 69 played minutes F.C. Ripensia Timişoara got a freekick which was hit by Dorin Enoiu. Luca Alexandrescu scored 0-4 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alex Blănaru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ripensia Timişoara's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Luca Alexandrescu scored to the left of an out of position Alex Blănaru, making the score, 0-5. Luca Alexandrescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Alex Blănaru made a huge save. Albert Bârsan might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alex Blănaru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albert Bârsan ran back to his position shaking his head. After 91 minutes, Luca Alexandrescu made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. F.C. Ripensia Timişoara's Alex Blănaru tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alex Blănaru made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Dorian Costin sent off a good shot on target. Dorian Costin struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Alex Blănaru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FRITZ TEAM -STIINTA-. In the 98th minute, Cornel Daimacă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FRITZ TEAM -STIINTA- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8.
