After 46 minutes of play, Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s Virgil Baba made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vasile Pavel was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diego Gabirel was the one to do the kick off. AC Maimutoii's Paulinho Coelho managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gheorghe Cucerzan in the 56 minute of the game. AC Maimutoii's Vasile Pavel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basarab Tutuianu in the 69th minute of play. Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Basarab Tutuianu in the 70th minute. The corner led to Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s Emanuel Semeghin getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-'s Horea Chiuzbaian took a good shot, in the 74th minute, which hit the crossbar above Vasile Pavel's head, and flew over the goal. AC Maimutoii's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM-. When Angel Túrnev fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AC Maimutoii's protests and gave Angel Túrnev a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Angel Túrnev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute Emanuel Semeghin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasile Pavel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Forza Ocna Sugatag -MM- fully deserved thier win.
