In the 16th minute Horea Burileanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iulian Pociu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iulian Pociu made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Horea Burileanu sent off a good shot on target. Blitz Construct's Mugur Grecea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantin Brumaru in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Andrei Dordea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Constantin Brumaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. David Susara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marian Humă to make the kick off. Mugur Grecea made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Paul Elefteriu sent off a good shot on target. In the 59th minute, Horea Burileanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marian Humă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iulian Pociu having to interfere. After 75 minutes, Alex Ghițulescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club13 and the Blitz Construct players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Club13 getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Alex Ghițulescu hit a great ball. If Horea Burileanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, Blitz Construct's Horea Burileanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iulian Pociu narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
