Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) Toar Duve started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Balauseri booed when Rimeti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Beniuc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mircea Alucai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Pantelimon in the 12th minute of play. Adrian Beniuc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nae Scorţea having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costin Bivolaru in the 17th minute of play forced Rimeti's goalkeeper Mircea Alucai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nae Scorţea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toar Duve in the 20th minute of play. Adrian Beniuc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute, Balauseri's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aurel Florei fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Aurel Florei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Nae Scorţea made a huge save. Nae Scorţea made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Toar Duve sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th play minute Aurel Florei came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nae Scorţea. 1-1. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Aurel Florei sped through Balauseri's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nae Scorţea. A collision led to Balauseri getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Albert Zbora hit a great ball. Rimeti's Nicolae Ştefănoiu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 46th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Balauseri. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ilie Orășan to strike the kick off in the second half. Mircea Alucai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costin Bivolaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Beniuc in the 65th minute of play forced Balauseri's goalkeeper Nae Scorţea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurel Florei struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Nae Scorţea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rimeti. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrian Beniuc in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nae Scorţea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Costin Bivolaru charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Costin Bivolaru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd match minute, Balauseri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costin Bivolaru to maneuver through the defense. When Rimeti's Toar Duve in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Balauseri's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toar Duve in the 77th minute of play forced Balauseri's goalkeeper Nae Scorţea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Balauseri's zone, Aurel Florei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nae Scorţea came out of the goal and Aurel Florei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aurel Florei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Nae Scorţea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nae Scorţea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toar Duve in the 84th minute of play. If Horaţiu Ilica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Balauseri booed when Rimeti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolae Ştefănoiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Rimeti's goalkeeper Mircea Alucai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonard Pantelimon. When Rimeti's Aurel Florei in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Balauseri's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee ended the match the Rimeti players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
