Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Silviu Paraschiv started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Dodocani UFC booed when Tociloasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasile Enășoiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Napoleon Gerlach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Petre Stere tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petre Stere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Napoleon Gerlach in the 8th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silviu Paraschiv got free with Ştefan Zăhărescu in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 9 played minutes Dodocani UFC got a freekick which was hit by Ionel Taşcă. In the 12th minute Silviu Paraschiv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ştefan Zăhărescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Costin Cămărășan in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petre Stere saved Tociloasa from getting behind. Dodocani UFC's Ştefan Zăhărescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Dodocani UFC from getting a goal against them. After 20 played minutes Tociloasa got a freekick which was hit by Dinu Homeag. Ştefan Zăhărescu was a little too slow when Paul Dragotescu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 1-0. Paul Dragotescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ştefan Zăhărescu having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Vasile Enășoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Tociloasa's Silviu Paraschiv got a free kick in the 37th minute. After 40 played minutes Dodocani UFC got a freekick which was hit by Ionel Taşcă. Nicu Mitrofan hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. When Paul Dragotescu came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Tociloasa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul Dragotescu couldn't finish the play.
Ştefan Zăhărescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasile Enășoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Paul Dragotescu notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Dodocani UFC's Ştefan Zăhărescu. Ştefan Zăhărescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ştefan Zăhărescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasile Enășoiu in the 57th minute of the match. Moise Marchiș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Napoleon Gerlach's late challenge caught a Tociloasa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Napoleon Gerlach helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd match minute, Dodocani UFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Napoleon Gerlach to maneuver through the defense. If Vasile Enășoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Napoleon Gerlach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ştefan Zăhărescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silviu Paraschiv in the 73rd minute of the match. Napoleon Gerlach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Stere having to interfere. Napoleon Gerlach could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Petre Stere made a huge save. After 82 played minutes Tociloasa got a freekick which was hit by Petre Marina. The supporters of Tociloasa booed when Dodocani UFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Pușcariu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ştefan Zăhărescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silviu Paraschiv in the 85th minute of play.
