Spectators: 7729 (Terracing: 5805, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 145) Ilie Orășan made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Ribanna FC booed when Balauseri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octav Ghețea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nae Scorţea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narcis Domuță, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nae Scorţea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costel Bădilescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Balauseri's Nae Scorţea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcu Surdilă in the 25th minute of play. Ribanna FC were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Balauseri's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Petruț Finteșteanu took the corner. The corner ended in Petruț Finteșteanu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Balauseri's Nae Scorţea did a great save. 28 minutes into the match, Balauseri's goal looked a bit too open when Marcu Surdilă came free, but Nae Scorţea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nae Scorţea came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Ribanna FC's Marin Cozac. But to his dismay, Marin Cozac quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 32nd minute Narcis Domuță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nae Scorţea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Mugur Hidișan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nae Scorţea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costel Bădilescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute, Valeriu Stratulat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Marcu Surdilă put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Nae Scorţea. In the 48th minute Aurel Fulga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nae Scorţea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Aurel Fulga put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Nae Scorţea. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When Aurel Fulga fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ribanna FC's protests and gave Aurel Fulga a yellow card for diving instead. Aurel Fulga hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Nae Scorţea made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Aurel Fulga sent off a good shot on target. Aurel Fulga's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nae Scorţea firmly grabbed it by the left post. Emanuel Romaşcanu hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After 68 played minutes Balauseri got a freekick which was hit by Octav Ghețea. Marin Cozac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Nae Scorţea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Costel Bădilescu put in a rough tackle. In the 72nd minute, one of Ribanna FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ribanna FC. Marin Cozac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nae Scorţea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marin Cozac in the 90th minute of play. Balauseri's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marin Cozac 91 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-6. In the 96th minute, Narcis Domuță made a precise shot to the right of Nae Scorţea. Balauseri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Ribanna FC played a much better game than Balauseri and deserved their victory. The Balauseri players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
