With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rareș Arghir in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iustin Hârciog saved Manchester United from getting behind. In the 16th minute, Eric Hrean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Codruț Vasiloiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petre Bodiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Rareș Arghir left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santul FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 25th minute, Sergiu Bungescu made a precise shot to the right of Codruț Vasiloiu. Santul FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1.
