Thanks to some nice moves Sergiu Bungescu could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Emilian Oțeteleșanu however easily saved by the left post. Emilian Oțeteleșanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergiu Bungescu in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the game, Sebastian Zoreanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Iustin Hârciog was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iustin Hârciog came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Bradicesti's Sebastian Zoreanu. But to his dismay, Sebastian Zoreanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. George Remus tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Iustin Hârciog. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-4 in the 42nd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Zăgănescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Zăgănescu in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emilian Oțeteleșanu saved Bradicesti from getting behind. Ioan Voina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iustin Hârciog having to interfere. Lucian Iosif hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Gheorghe Hrușcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bradicesti's Ioan Voina got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th match minute, Manchester United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergiu Bungescu to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Sebastian Zoreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bradicesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Zoreanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iustin Hârciog breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastian Zoreanu charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Zoreanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Manchester United booed when Bradicesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Zoreanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gheorghe Hrușcă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bradicesti's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
