Cristi Neagu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iacob Zgabei, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Surda's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cornel Oroveanu ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Cornel Oroveanu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cristi Neagu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mădălin Buculeasa hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Iacob Zgabei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dezesti CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. 42 minutes into the match, Surda's goal looked a bit too open when Gigel Dordea came free, but Cristi Neagu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristi Neagu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornel Oroveanu in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Surda's goalkeeper Cristi Neagu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 46th minute Gigel Dordea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristi Neagu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Surda's Cristi Neagu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doru Mercea in the 47th minute of play.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Doru Mercea in the 65th minute of play forced Surda's goalkeeper Cristi Neagu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristi Neagu made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Ciprian Comăneci sent off a good shot on target. Toader Stolniceanu scored 1-6 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ilie Dridu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristi Neagu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doru Mercea in the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Nichifor Ieremia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cristi Neagu, 1-7. Iacob Zgabei came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cristi Neagu could save by the left post. 77 minutes into the match, Surda's goalkeeper Cristi Neagu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doru Mercea. 79 minutes into the game, Narcis Crăiță cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-8. Cristi Neagu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristi Neagu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Iacob Zgabei showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 82 minute of play. With a little luck, Surda's Cristi Neagu got control of the ball when Iacob Zgabei tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iacob Zgabei got free with Cristi Neagu in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristi Neagu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Dordea in the 95th minute of the match. Dezesti CF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
