Paul Pop kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Cazimir Enciu charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cazimir Enciu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Love Moschino booed when STEAUA86 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cazimir Enciu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petrică Aldea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Serafin Vellito made a huge save. Florentino Vargas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horaţiu Popeangă having to interfere. After some careless play in the Love Moschino defense, Aquilino Ortzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horaţiu Popeangă. The Love Moschino fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horaţiu Popeangă should have stopped the shot. In the 35th minute, Florentino Vargas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Horaţiu Popeangă was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valentin Marian was the one to do the kick off. Aquilino Ortzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Horaţiu Popeangă having to make a save. In the 54th minute, Emanuel Dobrotă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute, Florentino Vargas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The STEAUA86 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Aquilino Ortzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. STEAUA86's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquilino Ortzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horaţiu Popeangă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 64 played minutes Love Moschino got a freekick which was hit by Albert Roşu. Serafin Vellito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petrică Aldea in the 71st minute of the match. With 73 minutes on the clock, Răzvan Giuverdea commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 75th minute there was a penalty for Love Moschino. Valeriu Grama stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Serafin Vellito. 1-4. 80 minutes in the game, Aquilino Ortzi dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Emanuel Dobrotă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Horaţiu Popeangă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquilino Ortzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horaţiu Popeangă having to interfere. Aquilino Ortzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horaţiu Popeangă. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aquilino Ortzi ran back to his position shaking his head. Aquilino Ortzi struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Horaţiu Popeangă didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for STEAUA86. Horaţiu Popeangă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Ortzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. STEAUA86's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
