Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5800, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 50) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Laurențiu Arghir got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute, Manole Zgrăbunţa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, Serediu's Moise Jienescu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Nicu Secară made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octav Surdu in the 12th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Octav Surdu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Serediu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Dan Mitescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Serediu's supporters rose to their feet, but Dan Mitescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicu Secară breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Concordia Chiajna's zone, Dan Mitescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicu Secară came out of the goal and Dan Mitescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octav Surdu in the 34th minute of play forced Concordia Chiajna's goalkeeper Nicu Secară to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Silviu Afloarei was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Concordia Chiajna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Serediu the free kick. In the 35th minute, Silviu Afloarei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicu Secară took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Mitescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, Concordia Chiajna's goal looked a bit too open when Mihnea Giurgiu came free, but Nicu Secară reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Octav Surdu sped through Concordia Chiajna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nicu Secară. In the 44th minute Laurențiu Arghir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihai Ghișe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Octav Surdu was the one to do the kick off. Anton Negruț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Secară having to interfere. Isac Tărbac hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. If Silviu Afloarei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st match minute, Concordia Chiajna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorel Timofte to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Serediu's Cain Ares got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, Moise Jienescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Anton Negruț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Octav Surdu in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
