Spectators: 7153 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 153) Călin Calciu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Toader Enășoiu came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Racul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toader Enășoiu couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Toader Enășoiu took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Lucian Voica to make any attempt to save it. In the 9th match minute, VYCTORIA BV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Tomulescu to maneuver through the defense. Lucian Voica was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Corneliu Istrăteanu. The audience thought a goal was coming when Toader Enășoiu got free with Lucian Voica in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. VYCTORIA BV's Filip Negrilă got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teodor Budișteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Negrilă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teodor Budișteanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihnea Plăcintă in the 30th minute of the match. A collision led to Racul getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Adrian Bacalu hit a great ball. After 33 played minutes VYCTORIA BV got a freekick which was hit by Mihnea Plăcintă. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Racul:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of VYCTORIA BV:s goal. David Irimescu walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Lucian Voica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Călin Calciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Adrian Tomulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 54 minutes, Filip Negrilă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VYCTORIA BV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filip Negrilă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mihnea Plăcintă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucian Voica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Călin Calciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, VYCTORIA BV's Mihnea Plăcintă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodor Budișteanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucian Voica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Călin Calciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Toader Enășoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucian Voica having to interfere. Adrian Tomulescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teodor Budișteanu having to make a save. 77 minutes into the match, Racul's goalkeeper Teodor Budișteanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihnea Plăcintă. Adrian Tomulescu charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Tomulescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adrian Tomulescu hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Corneliu Istrăteanu during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of VYCTORIA BV booed when Racul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Corneliu Istrăteanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mihnea Plăcintă struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Teodor Budișteanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VYCTORIA BV. 86 minutes into the match, Mihnea Plăcintă notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Racul's Teodor Budișteanu. Teodor Budișteanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mihnea Plăcintă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. VYCTORIA BV were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
