The audience thought a goal was coming when Gelu Frântu got free with Alexandru Decuseară in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aristide Brădescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Remus Șeitan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 17 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sarsan's Remus Șeitan got a free kick in the 17th minute. Mădălin Zăreanu charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mădălin Zăreanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mădălin Zăreanu kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Aristide Brădescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alexandru Decuseară. Aristide Brădescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Codrin Sava blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandru Decuseară having to make a save. A sloppy throw-in by Dragoş Ilinca in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by F.C. Sarsan's Flavius Cândroveanu. In the 31st minute Flavius Cândroveanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurel Dragomiroiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurel Dragomiroiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron Corbeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, A.C.Milan Iași's goal looked a bit too open when Flavius Cândroveanu came free, but Aurel Dragomiroiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. F.C. Sarsan's Alexandru Decuseară played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristide Brădescu in the 43rd minute of play. Aristide Brădescu had several of the F.C. Sarsan's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 43 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Alexandru Decuseară as he didn't even see the shot coming. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aron Corbeanu to strike the kick off in the second half. Sergiu Romulus's late challenge caught a A.C.Milan Iași's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sergiu Romulus helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd minute, Sergiu Romulus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the match, Gelu Frântu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexandru Decuseară. F.C. Sarsan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gelu Frântu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. 59 minutes in the game Dragoş Ilinca did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Aristide Brădescu. Gelu Frântu scored 5-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexandru Decuseară, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alexandru Decuseară came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by A.C.Milan Iași's Gelu Frântu. But to his dismay, Gelu Frântu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. The throw-in from Aurel Schiau in the 66th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by F.C. Sarsan's Emil Nicolae. In the 66th minute, Aristide Brădescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexandru Decuseară was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Alexandru Decuseară came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by A.C.Milan Iași's Aristide Brădescu. But to his dismay, Aristide Brădescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. Alexandru Decuseară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Codrin Sava, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 78 minutes into the match, A.C.Milan Iași's goalkeeper Aurel Dragomiroiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavius Cândroveanu. The throw-in from Doru Turbatu in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by A.C.Milan Iași's Codrin Sava. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. Sarsan's goalkeeper Alexandru Decuseară, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alexandru Decuseară showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gelu Frântu in the 85th minute of the match. Sarsan's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
