Nicu Secară made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Remus Șeitan sent off a good shot on target. In the 6th minute, Doru Turbatu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexandru Decuseară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurențiu Arghir, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Aron Corbeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Nicu Secară tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Remus Șeitan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nicu Secară. Remus Șeitan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dan Năsturel in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexandru Decuseară saved F.C. Sarsan from getting behind. After 41 minutes of play, Concordia Chiajna's Laurențiu Arghir made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexandru Decuseară was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the match, F.C. Sarsan's goal looked a bit too open when Laurențiu Arghir came free, but Alexandru Decuseară reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Remus Șeitan to make the kick off. When Remus Șeitan came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the F.C. Sarsan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remus Șeitan couldn't finish the play. Dan Năsturel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Alexandru Decuseară made a huge save. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sarsan's Rareș Silvian got a free kick in the 61st minute. Laurențiu Arghir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Alexandru Decuseară tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Remus Șeitan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Concordia Chiajna's Silviu Afloarei got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 84th minute, Aron Corbeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Silviu Afloarei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The F.C. Sarsan fans cheered their team off the field, for while Concordia Chiajna had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
