A wasted opportunity for Concordia Chiajna. 18 minutes into the match, Gergelygeza's goal looked a bit too open when Laurențiu Arghir came free, but Valentin Gorcea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dan Năsturel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dorel Timofte kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Valentin Gorcea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laurențiu Arghir's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, Concordia Chiajna's Claudiu Șeimeanu got a free kick in the 30th minute. Valentin Gorcea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurențiu Arghir in the 31st minute of the match. With a little luck, Gergelygeza's Valentin Gorcea got control of the ball when Dan Năsturel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gergelygeza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laurențiu Arghir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The supporters of Concordia Chiajna booed when Gergelygeza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Reznic didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valentin Gorcea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurențiu Arghir in the 62nd minute of the match. Gergelygeza's Valentin Gorcea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorel Timofte in the 63rd minute of play. In the 77th minute Laurențiu Arghir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Gorcea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Năsturel in the 78th minute of play forced Gergelygeza's goalkeeper Valentin Gorcea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentin Gorcea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurențiu Arghir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 82 minutes, Silviu Afloarei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Concordia Chiajna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silviu Afloarei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valentin Gorcea came out of the goal and Laurențiu Arghir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dan Năsturel took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valentin Gorcea. Valentin Gorcea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Concordia Chiajna's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
