After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

VYCTORIA BV's Lucian Voica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihnea Giurgiu in the 96th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Serediu fully deserved thier win.
