Laurențiu Arghir started the match with the kick off. Laurențiu Arghir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, A.C.Milan Iași's Codrin Sava got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 9th play minutes Dan Năsturel shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Aurel Dragomiroiu and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 12th minute, Dan Năsturel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A.C.Milan Iași's Aurel Dragomiroiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Năsturel in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristide Brădescu in the 21st minute of play forced Concordia Chiajna's goalkeeper Nicu Secară to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Concordia Chiajna's Laurențiu Arghir in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.C.Milan Iași's goalie prevented a goal. Laurențiu Arghir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aurel Dragomiroiu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Laurențiu Arghir put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Aurel Dragomiroiu. Aurel Dragomiroiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Năsturel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th match minute, A.C.Milan Iași was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristide Brădescu to maneuver through the defense. Dan Năsturel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurel Dragomiroiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Năsturel in the 40th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aristide Brădescu during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to A.C.Milan Iași getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Aristide Brădescu hit a great ball. Aristide Brădescu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 45th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gelu Frântu to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silviu Afloarei got free with Aurel Dragomiroiu in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th minute, Dacian Lung had to leave the field with a concussion. Silviu Afloarei charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silviu Afloarei the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of A.C.Milan Iași booed when Concordia Chiajna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silviu Afloarei didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Aristide Brădescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, Aristide Brădescu notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Concordia Chiajna's Nicu Secară. Nicu Secară was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aurel Dragomiroiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurențiu Arghir, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 67 minutes of play A.C.Milan Iași's Aristide Brădescu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 67th minute, Aristide Brădescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laurențiu Arghir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurel Dragomiroiu having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Silviu Afloarei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Concordia Chiajna's supporters rose to their feet, but Silviu Afloarei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurel Dragomiroiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurențiu Arghir in the 75th minute of play forced A.C.Milan Iași's goalkeeper Aurel Dragomiroiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to A.C.Milan Iași getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Dragoş Ilinca hit a great ball. When Dorel Timofte came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Concordia Chiajna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorel Timofte couldn't finish the play. Dan Năsturel scored 1-3 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurel Dragomiroiu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 90 minutes into the game, A.C.Milan Iași's Codrin Sava nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicu Secară made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. A.C.Milan Iași's attentive Aurel Schiau managed to snatch the ball when Eduard Zdrobău made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. The Concordia Chiajna players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented A.C.Milan Iași from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
