Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Eduardo Rivero made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th match minute, Gologanu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vlad Horea to maneuver through the defense. After 7 minutes, Isac Udup mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. Vulturu. and the Gologanu FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Isac Udup kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Teodor Zăvoiu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dragoş Gănescu. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Petru Milea managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Vulturu.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Petru Milea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leontin Mareș breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the match, F.C. Vulturu.'s goalkeeper Teodor Zăvoiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucian Florean. Teodor Zăvoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liviu Racoviceanu in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Traian Penciulescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Teodor Zăvoiu, 1-0. 27 minutes into the match, Eduardo Rivero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leontin Mareș. Gologanu FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eduardo Rivero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A collision led to F.C. Vulturu. getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Petru Milea hit a great ball. F.C. Vulturu.'s Teodor Zăvoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liviu Racoviceanu in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. Vulturu.'s goalkeeper Teodor Zăvoiu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Eduardo Rivero fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. Vulturu.'s protests and gave Eduardo Rivero a yellow card for diving instead. Eduardo Rivero kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the game, Gologanu FC's Lucian Florean nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teodor Zăvoiu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 40th minute, Eduardo Rivero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Liviu Racoviceanu to make the kick off. Gologanu FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dragoş Gănescu in the 55th minute. In the 58th match minute, Gologanu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Traian Penciulescu to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Liviu Racoviceanu notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of F.C. Vulturu.'s Teodor Zăvoiu. Teodor Zăvoiu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Traian Penciulescu took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodor Zăvoiu. Teodor Zăvoiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucian Florean in the 70th minute of play forced F.C. Vulturu.'s goalkeeper Teodor Zăvoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Eduardo Rivero came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the F.C. Vulturu. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduardo Rivero couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vlad Horea during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gologanu FC's Vlad Horea got a free kick in the 73rd minute. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Costică Lupșoiu took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Leontin Mareș to make any attempt to save it. Teodor Zăvoiu came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Gologanu FC's Liviu Racoviceanu. But to his dismay, Liviu Racoviceanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. In the 88th minute Liviu Racoviceanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodor Zăvoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodor Zăvoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucian Florean in the 90th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gologanu FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while F.C. Vulturu. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
