Spectators: 7650 (Terracing: 5855, Seating: 1795, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tudor Pășcuțoiu made the kick off which started today's match. After 5 played minutes RETRO FC got a freekick which was hit by Simion Tincu. After some careless play in the Das Team defense, Tudor Pășcuțoiu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nae Verzea. The Das Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nae Verzea should have stopped the shot. The supporters of RETRO FC booed when Das Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Corneliu Amarandei didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, RETRO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Maruță came free, but Rafael Txatxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Iulian Rada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Txatxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tudor Pășcuțoius short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Nae Verzea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 30 minutes into the match, Das Team's goal looked a bit too open when Lento Phoenix came free, but Nae Verzea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Corneliu Amarandei made a precise shot to the right of Rafael Txatxu. RETRO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Lento Phoenix kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nae Verzea. That made the score 2-2 in the 35 minute of play. Leontin Pumnu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Rafael Txatxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lento Phoenix in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nae Verzea, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tudor Pășcuțoiu scored 3-2 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nae Verzea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Maruță to make the kick off. Tudor Pășcuțoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nae Verzea having to interfere. After 61 played minutes RETRO FC got a freekick which was hit by Simion Tincu. Leontin Pumnu hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Rafael Txatxu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Maruță in the 72nd minute of play forced RETRO FC's goalkeeper Rafael Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Iulian Rada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 79 minutes, Lento Phoenix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RETRO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lento Phoenix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ilie Cosor hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Tudor Pășcuțoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lento Phoenix in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nae Verzea saved Das Team from getting behind. The throw-in from Ilie Cosor in the 87th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by RETRO FC's Ciprian Petrin. In the 90th minute, Lento Phoenix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RETRO FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Petrică Iosifian kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. RETRO FC had won after a very even match.
