A very good chance. Mihnea Voican made in the 11th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AS GLORIA BALTATI's Nicu Gârneț. Dorel Prezan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sorin Corbeanu in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Fabian Baltian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Alin Hrebenciuc fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Straoane's protests and gave Alin Hrebenciuc a yellow card for diving instead. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Straoane! During the 28th minute of the match Alin Hrebenciuc completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. When the match had been going on for 31 minutes, AS GLORIA BALTATI's Vali Vornicu got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Marcel Calota. 37 minutes into the match, Panait Huidu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcel Calota. Straoane's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Panait Huidu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After having played for 41 minutes, George Plopșor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Straoane's supporters crossed their fingers, but George Plopșor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Maxim Barna came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Straoane fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maxim Barna couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Panait Huidu was the one to do the kick off. If Ionuț Plop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Ionuț Plop in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AS GLORIA BALTATI's Gheorghe Dănășel. In the 63rd minute, Panait Huidu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcel Calota was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Panait Huidu struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Marcel Calota didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AS GLORIA BALTATI. If Ionuț Plop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcel Calota didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Panait Huidu went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Ionuț Plop might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dorel Prezan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ionuț Plop ran back to his position shaking his head. Ionuț Plop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorel Prezan having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Nechifor Baniu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute Ionuț Plop managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. The AS GLORIA BALTATI support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
