Victor Neguțu helped the player get up and apologised. Cristinel Zbârnea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ionică Tomoiu having to interfere. Daniel Roșeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Pătrășconiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to F.C MirCeA getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Cristinel Zbârnea hit a great ball. Ionică Tomoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Neguțu in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute Cristinel Zbârnea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionică Tomoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Dan Pătrășconiu made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Victor Neguțu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 64thth minute of the game Dan Pătrășconiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C MirCeA's Daniel Roșeanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th minute, Cristinel Zbârnea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ionică Tomoiu. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 71st minute, F.C MirCeA's Cristinel Zbârnea dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Cristinel Zbârnea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cristinel Zbârnea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Neguțu got free with Ionică Tomoiu in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the match, Diudiu's goalkeeper Ionică Tomoiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Neguțu. Romeo Bratu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over F.C MirCeA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Diudiu throughout the match.
