F.C MirCeA's attentive Filip Crețulescu managed to snatch the ball when Marcu Fânaru made a throw-in in the 8th minute of the game. Marin Mălăele took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Daniel Roșeanu. F.C MirCeA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 15th minute, Filip Crețulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute, Augustin Mailat made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Roșeanu. F.C MirCeA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 21 minutes into the match, F.C MirCeA's goal looked a bit too open when George Brânza came free, but Daniel Roșeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Cristinel Zbârnea managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C MirCeA's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristinel Zbârnea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albert Chesaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ionuț Mircescu during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th minute, Ionuț Mircescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Filip Crețulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristinel Zbârnea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albert Chesaru having to make a save. In the 36th minute Victor Neguțu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Chesaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristinel Zbârnea kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Augustin Mailat had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Roșeanu. F.C MirCeA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augustin Mailat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After having played for 56 minutes, Cristinel Zbârnea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C MirCeA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristinel Zbârnea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Neguțu in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albert Chesaru saved Brusturoasa from getting behind. In the 63rd match minute, Brusturoasa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcu Fânaru to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Bosioc in the 67th minute of play forced Brusturoasa's goalkeeper Albert Chesaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, George Brânza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brusturoasa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Marin Mălăele's shot from long distance in the 72nd minute was not bad at all, but F.C MirCeA's Daniel Roșeanu knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Cristinel Zbârnea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Albert Chesaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 76 minutes of play, Brusturoasa's George Brânza made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Roșeanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Victor Neguțu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Albert Chesaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81stth minute of the game Cristinel Zbârnea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brusturoasa's Albert Chesaru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 83rd match minute, F.C MirCeA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel Zbârnea to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Brusturoasa getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. George Brânza hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, F.C MirCeA's Pompiliu Plop got a free kick in the 87th minute. With an all-out effort, Brusturoasa's Daniel Roșeanu threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Augustin Mailat, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. F.C MirCeA's Daniel Roșeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustin Mailat in the 95th minute of play.
