Spectators: 7698 (Terracing: 5775, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) Cristinel Zbârnea started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Fabian Donici stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristinel Zbârnea's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute, Codruț Panait hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Roșeanu made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Ionică Elenescu sent off a good shot on target. After 17 minutes of play, F.C MirCeA's Romeo Bratu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabian Donici was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristinel Zbârnea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Fabian Donici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 30 minutes, Victor Neguțu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C MirCeA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Neguțu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Hrebenciuc hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Daniel Roșeanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ionică Elenescu in the 34th minute. In the 36th match minute, Sighet CF -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Abraham to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, F.C MirCeA's goalkeeper Daniel Roșeanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ionică Elenescu. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Victor Neguțu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Fabian Donici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Hrebenciuc kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Adrian Abraham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristinel Zbârnea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Donici having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, F.C MirCeA's Romeo Bratu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabian Donici narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristinel Zbârnea in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Donici prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Romeo Bratu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Fabian Donici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristinel Zbârnea in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Donici saved Sighet CF -MM- from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Sighet CF -MM-'s zone, Victor Neguțu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Donici came out of the goal and Victor Neguțu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristinel Zbârnea might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabian Donici. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristinel Zbârnea ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 79th minute, Victor Neguțu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Cristinel Zbârnea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Neguțu in the 88th minute of play forced Sighet CF -MM-'s goalkeeper Fabian Donici to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. F.C MirCeA were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Sighet CF -MM- to leave the ground with a draw.
