When Avram Colceriu got free in front of the goal in the 27th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Valeriu Buzea was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Denis Pomuț received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Claudiu Mirciulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Avram Colceriu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FCU 1948 CRAIOVA booed when FC Hermannstadt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panait Tache didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narcis Ciompec in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valeriu Buzea prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
