Spectators: 7715 (Terracing: 5897, Seating: 1808, VIP seats: 10) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Grigore Năsturel got the match started through his kick off. Gashka Nebuna's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alwin Wipplinger in the 4th minute. Gashka Nebuna's Alwin Wipplinger was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mircea Udroiu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 8 played minutes GSBC Cluj-Napoca got a freekick which was hit by Marin Buciuman. Alin Gârbovan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Mircea Udroiu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 11 minutes into the match, GSBC Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Mircea Udroiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alin Gârbovan. Mircea Udroiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Popescu in the 13th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferdinand Popescu got free with Mircea Udroiu in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, GSBC Cluj-Napoca's Dumitru Barbăsură got a free kick in the 17th minute. Mircea Udroiu was a little too slow when Ferdinand Popescu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Alin Gârbovan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gashka Nebuna's Astor Gotzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gigi Săvoiu in the 23rd minute of play. Mircea Udroiu made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Alin Gârbovan sent off a good shot on target. After taking down the ball on Gashka Nebuna's corner Ferdinand Popescu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mircea Udroiu quite easily take care of the ball. Mircea Udroiu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 28th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. 36 minutes into the match, Alin Gârbovan notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of GSBC Cluj-Napoca's Mircea Udroiu. Mircea Udroiu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A hard shot 39 in the game by Alin Gârbovan from a close distance when the talented Mircea Udroiu managed to make a qualified save. GSBC Cluj-Napoca's players were relieved. After some careless play in the GSBC Cluj-Napoca defense, Iordache Blajovici kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mircea Udroiu. The GSBC Cluj-Napoca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mircea Udroiu should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, GSBC Cluj-Napoca's Gigi Săvoiu got a free kick in the 47th minute.

In the 51st minute, GSBC Cluj-Napoca's Marin Buciuman seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Marin Buciuman the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of GSBC Cluj-Napoca protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Marin Buciuman had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Mircea Udroiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alin Gârbovan in the 54th minute of the match. Mircea Udroiu came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Gashka Nebuna's Alin Gârbovan. But to his dismay, Alin Gârbovan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 69th minute, Alin Gârbovan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gashka Nebuna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Mircea Udroiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denis Jdeica's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. GSBC Cluj-Napoca's Mircea Udroiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vali Mahonea in the 77th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, GSBC Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Alin Gârbovan came free, but Mircea Udroiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 minutes, Alin Gârbovan made it 10-0 with a short kick to the right side. GSBC Cluj-Napoca's Mircea Udroiu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Denis Jdeica scored 12-0 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mircea Udroiu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Gashka Nebuna were the better team. Gashka Nebuna's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
