Spectators: 6771 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Remus Nuțu kicked off to start the match. Remus Nuțu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Luca Duca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adanoata's Luca Duca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remus Nuțu in the 10th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remus Nuțu in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luca Duca saved Adanoata from getting behind. Șerban Vătăşel kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. If Remus Nuțu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luca Duca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Remus Nuțu's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. After 26th play minutes Remus Nuțu shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Luca Duca and just under the crossbar into goal. Stelian Rogozanu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 30th minute. Adanoata's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 32 minutes into the match, Remus Nuțu notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Adanoata's Luca Duca. Luca Duca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 40 minutes into the match, Remus Nuțu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luca Duca. Adanoata's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remus Nuțu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Remus Nuțu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luca Duca having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stelian Rogozanu was the one to do the kick off. Poli Iași's Aurelian Stroia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stelian Rogozanu in the 56th minute of play. A hard shot 58 in the game by Remus Nuțu from a close distance when the talented Luca Duca managed to make a qualified save. Adanoata's players were relieved. In the 59th minute, Dacian Negură hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olimpiu Luca's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Luca Duca skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remus Nuțu in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luca Duca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aurelian Stroia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stelian Rogozanu in the 68th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Adanoata's goal looked a bit too open when Remus Nuțu came free, but Luca Duca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stelian Rogozanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelian Stroia having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remus Nuțu in the 88th minute of play forced Adanoata's goalkeeper Luca Duca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Olimpiu Luca came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Poli Iași fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olimpiu Luca couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Adanoata:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Poli Iași:s goal. When the match was over Poli Iași could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Adanoata throughout the match.
