The supporters of Nastase booed when Karakoium was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Baldu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of Karakoium:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Nastase:s goal. The supporters of Nastase booed when Karakoium was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Baldu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Vali Lucan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusebiu Mareș was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The audience was convinced that Fabian Baldu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eusebiu Mareș was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Nastase's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
