Vali Lucan did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Iustinian Chioreanu 13 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Caloian in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dinu Buznea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marius Chirilă hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute of the match Robert Caloian shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dinu Buznea showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fabian Baldu kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Robert Caloian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Dinu Buznea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Calfachioi AC's goalkeeper Iustinian Chioreanu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pavel Goma got free with Iustinian Chioreanu in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dinu Buznea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Graur in the 28th minute of play. Dinu Buznea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Graur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karakoium's Pavel Goma got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vali Lucan made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Pavel Goma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vali Lucan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Iustinian Chioreanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Robert Caloian came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Calfachioi AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Caloian couldn't finish the play. Pavel Goma hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Petruț Stoiciu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Dinu Buznea made a huge save. In the 76th minute David Graur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinu Buznea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iustinian Chioreanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Baldu in the 77th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Calfachioi AC's Robert Caloian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dinu Buznea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vali Lucan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Despite being the better team, Calfachioi AC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
