With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornel Mereacre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anton Stamatiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgar Frățilă in the 12th minute. Anton Stamatiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cazimir Vernescu in the 13th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Suska's Edgar Frățilă ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anton Stamatiu. Anton Stamatiu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Brentford FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cazimir Vernescu came free, but Anton Stamatiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Frățilă got free with Anton Stamatiu in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27thth minute of the game Petre Golescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Suska's Cornel Mereacre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Suska's Iacob Crișan got a free kick in the 29th minute. Anton Stamatiu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edgar Frățilă showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 33 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Petre Golescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brentford FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Petre Golescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornel Mereacre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute, Vali Mara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgar Frățilă was the one to do the kick off. In the 68th match minute, Brentford FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcu Șerbulescu to maneuver through the defense. Brentford FC's Isac Nicopol got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Petre Golescu fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brentford FC's protests and gave Petre Golescu a yellow card for diving instead. Petre Golescu hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Petre Golescu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Cornel Mereacre skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Suska's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
