Gavril Alupulesei who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Cornel Mereacre when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Damian Şchiopu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgar Frățilă in the 98th minute. Calfachioi AC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
