In the 14th minute Pavel Suciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Berbec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute of the match Alin Posteucă shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristinel Berbec showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alin Posteucă hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Cristi Apostolescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Pavel Suciu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristinel Berbec was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 24th minute of the match, Manuel Pârlea got a very nice opportunity to score, but Călin Bădoi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. -PSC- Craguis's Cristinel Berbec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Movileanu in the 39th minute of play. Pavel Suciu scored 1-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristinel Berbec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pavel Suciu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Manuel Pârlea struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. After 78 played minutes FC Fortuna got a freekick which was hit by Pavel Suciu. In the 82nd minute, Gică Duldurescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pavel Sucius short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Cristinel Berbec to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 1-3 became the score in the 89th minute when Pavel Suciu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Pavel Suciu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 97thth minute, Cristinel Berbec skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. FC Fortuna's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
