The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of -PSC- Craguis:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Village Superstars C.F.:s goal. The goalkeeper, Cristinel Berbec, was totally fooled by Village Superstars C.F.'s Mircea Botescu, who 6 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Cristinel Berbec made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cătălin Zberea in the 19th minute. A collision led to Village Superstars C.F. getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Ion Jităreanu hit a great ball. If Manuel Pârlea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gică Mardarie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the game, -PSC- Craguis's Gică Mardarie nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Remus Carabulea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Dorel Macovei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Cristinel Berbec made a huge save. In the 34th match minute, -PSC- Craguis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Călin Măgurean to maneuver through the defense. Cătălin Zberea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Cristinel Berbec made a huge save. Cristinel Berbec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Turcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Cristinel Berbec made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Cătălin Zberea sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute, Dorel Macovei fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alex Turcan to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Village Superstars C.F.'s Remus Carabulea got control of the ball when Gică Mardarie tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of -PSC- Craguis booed when Village Superstars C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Barbăsură didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gică Mardarie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute Alex Turcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Berbec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remus Carabulea made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Gică Mardarie sent off a good shot on target. Cristinel Berbec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ion Jităreanu in the 87th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as -PSC- Craguis's Manuel Pârlea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Remus Carabulea. That made the score 1-3 after 88 minutes of play. Cristinel Berbec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Turcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute Cătălin Zberea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Berbec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to -PSC- Craguis getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Liviu Frățilă hit a great ball. -PSC- Craguis's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
